And since the Russian man, in all his might, is able to harvest, and not cultivate!, only the grain crop, and to produce something else, or the same crop, but not on the rich black soil, he still has not yet learned, and will not learn it soon, then the 6th of this same point begins the difference between us and America. In America, every new species is not only populated and utilized by the most profitable production, but also studied thoroughly. That is why, when settling a city, lower, middle and high schools are established first of all, in addition to all other methods of development and enlightenment, and with us... when pronouncing the words, for peace of mind, put an end to the scourge!..
